This yoga style uses bodily postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), and meditation (dyana) with the goal of bringing about a sound, healthy body and a clear, peaceful mind
$7 per class on the monthly plan charged at the beginning of the month or $10 drop in.
Uniform: No required uniform, be sure to wear something you are able to move freely in! You may bring your own yoga mat if you wish. If needed there are yoga mats available to use at the studio.
