Carolina Bucker
Director/Instructor
Miss Carolina is originally from the South part of Brazil. Although Latin rhythms are innate to her and styles such as the Samba, Salsa and Bolero come naturally, Classic Ballet has always been her passion and from the age of four she danced at Allegro Ballet where she danced many roles such as “The Sugar Plum Fairy- Nutcracker” and “Kitri- Don Quixote”.
Languages were her second passion, which led her to an ESL major at Feevale University, Brazil, during which she accepted an internship program in the US in 2004 which brought her to WI, a state she now calls home.
Miss. Carolina is a certified teacher through the American Ballet Theater National Training Curriculum levels Pre Primary – Level 5.
The ABT National Training Curriculum consists of a comprehensive set of age-appropriate, outcome-based guidelines to provide the highest quality ballet training to dance students of all ages and skill levels.
As the director of Revita Dance Studio Miss Bucker is committed to providing her community with high standards in every service offered at Revita as well as incorporating in her business culture the essence of More Than Just Great Dancing.

Corie Meyer
Assistant Director/Instructor
Miss Corie Meyer is originally from Roselle, Illinois and from the age of three she found her passion in dance.
Corie danced at Ca-Mar School of Dance under the instruction of Roger and Lois Brindis and also at Mohler Dance Academy under Tressa Mohler. She was also part of the Lake Park High School dance team and ensemble.
Mrs. Meyer moved to Wisconsin in 2008 after graduating from Northern University with a major in Communications and a minor in Dance. During her time at Northern she worked as assistant coach to different High School teams in the area and taught dance at the Park District in her home town as well as helped found “On our Way” dance company in the Chicago area.
Corie has been with Revita Dance Studio since 2008, after working very hard behind the scenes for many years accepted the role of Assistant Director in 2019! Miss Corie brings contagious energy and attention to detail to her classes and choreography.

Anna Turner
Instructor
Ms. Anna started her dance studies in Wausau at Heidi’s Dance Studio, and for nineteen years she took tap, jazz, and lyrical classes. She taught at her home studio for four years and then moved to Westfield where she now lives with her husband and three beautiful daughters.
We are very happy to have Ms. Anna at Revita as her passion for dance comes through very clearly in each and every class.

Marit Klapoetke
Instructor
Marit danced throughout her whole schooling years, including the time her family lived in Germany. Ballet and tap were her foundations. She has been an instructor at Revita since 2017. Miss Marit shares her love for tap easily with her students, passing her passion on!

Ashley Robinson
Instructor
Ashley has danced with Revita from the age of 4. Since then she has developed into a strong and graceful dancer. After performing in lead roles and assisting in class for many years we were thrilled to have her graduate high school and join Revita as an instructor!
Throughout her high school career, Ashley also choreographed for Westfield’s Color Guard team. She recently graduated from the Madison Media Art Institute.
Miss Ashley is an instructor at both our Westfield and Portage studios and is our Junior Competition Team instructor.

Chris Sechtig
Instructor
Chris Sechtig has been training in Martial Arts since 1983. He first joined the Chinese Fighting Arts school under Instructor Dean Fliss where he studied a blend of Shaolin Kung Fu and Kempo Karate earning his Green Belt. After a short break, he joined Fred Villari’s Studio of Self Defense under instruction of Tom and Sherry Lopez where he earned his green belt with a brown stripe. Around 2010 Chris met Grandmaster Bernie Fritz who was instructing Tai Chi in Portage at the time. He was impressed with Master Bernie’s teaching style and studied under him until Master Bernie’s unfortunate passing the summer of 2018. Master Bernie Fritz was the Martial Arts Instructor at Revita Martial Arts, and Chris had been assisting in class and will be stepping in as our primary Martial Arts instructor at Revita. He is grateful to continue the vision of Master Bernie Fritz and is dedicated to our students.

Rebekah Carlson
Office Manager
Miss Rebekah joined our team in August 2017. While she did not grow up as a dancer, she was fully committed to the benefits and pure magic of the dance world by her first recital weekend. Miss Rebekah heads up all customer communication and is the first smile your student will be greeted with when entering Revita Dance Studio. Her mission is to help you however she is able.
Miss Rebekah most often works out of our office at Revita Dance Studio Westfield, if you would like to set up a meeting with her at the Portage Studio during class hours simply reach out to her at the office!

Jess Shaker
Instructor
Miss Jess started dancing at age two in her hometown, Monroe, WI. Throughout middle and high school, Jess attended Studio M Dance Academy, where she studied Ballet, Modern, Jazz, Tap, Hip Hop, Musical Theater, as well as being part of their competitive team. During high school she danced on the Monroe High School Dance Team. After high school, she completed her interdisciplinary degree in Dance and Psychology at Columbia College Chicago. At Columbia, she studied contemporary styles of dance including: Modern, Ballet, West African, Hip Hop, and Tap, and had the opportunity to perform works created by both faculty and fellow students.
